Asian Heritage Month Fundraiser Pt 1: Taking Policy Action Against Anti-Asian Racism

Register HERE

May is Asian Heritage Month. This year, Threading Change, the Global Shapers Canadian Community, and Triple C Collective are coming together to raise money for organizations that will advance anti-racism policy, build educational capacity and increase the visibility of Asian artists and change-makers in the community.

For our first event, we are pleased to host a panel on Taking Policy Action Against Anti-Asian Racism. We will bring together leaders from across Canada to discuss the impact of anti-Asian racism on our community and what we as young leaders in our communities might do to drive positive change.

On the May 20th event, you will:
- Hear from panelists on what actions might be taken to drive positive change in light of the rise in anti-Asian violence across Canada
- Empower young leaders to speak to those in their communities, workplaces, and Hubs about the impact of anti-Asian violence in Canada
- Raise money for anti-asian racism efforts across Canada by entering our raffle fundraiser for a chance to win our prizes
